carli is originally from california, where she completed her 200h yoga teacher training at yoga works in 2019. since then she has completed additional training in yin yoga, mindful meditation, hands-on adjustment, and pranayama.
weaving in these different modalities, she creates a safe space for you to get to know your body while practicing asana. for her, yoga is presence- a way to land in your body and the world. whether it's a fun, challenging vinyasa class or a meditative yin class, you'll have the opportunity to connect with yourself.
